Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments with all original packaging and tags into a secure mailing bag to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the generated shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for hygiene standards, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
